As soon as we receive your order, we'll send out confirmation to your email address, this just means we've received your order in our system and we've pre-authorised your payment method ready for your purchase.

If you recently placed your order and didn't immediately receive a confirmation email from us, then there might be a few issues we can look into and can easily rectify
1. Our emails might be going to your junk or spam folder so please check it those first 2. Your email server has very strong spam filters and is identifying our emails as spam so the emails aren't going through.

There might have been a misspelling when entering your email address during checkout and we can easily solve this.

Sadly, at the moment we don’t offer student discounts, but we have great offers and discounts to look out for. To stay up to date you can sign up to our newsletter and never miss our offers.

Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will incur costs of returning the item by the customer (buyer). Refunds can only be made to the payment method which was used to place the order.

In case of your card being declined when trying to make a payment please contact your bank as sadly we have no control over the used payment methods.
There may be cases where your bank may need to send you authorisation text message to which you may need to respond so your order can be processed successfully.

Delivery times may very from product to product. You will be able to receive tracking information when placing an order on our live delivery status.

Sadly, at the moment there isn’t. All orders are shipped directly to your shipping addresses specified at checkout.

Ebikes are usually 90% built and only need saddle, pedals, front wheels and handlebars or other small parts to be attached by you. Most of this can be fitted with basic knowledge of bicycles.

Order Confirmation
When we receive your order, we send out confirmation email to yourselves. Once you received the confirmation, we pre-authorise your payment method and get your item ready to dispatch. In any case that the item is not available we remove the pre-authorisation from your payment method and inform you via email that this item is currently out of stock. Should you still be interested to purchase you can check back at the later date or add to the wish list.
Order Delivery
All orders are delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your order within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Once the order is dispatched, we send you a notification of it leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at helpcentre@hitronic.co.uk so that we can help.
